In a large mixing bowl, combine one 16-ounce package Triscuit™ brand crackers, 1 1/2 cups rock salt, and 3/4 cup iodized table salt. To make sauce, add 1 cup iodized table salt, 1 egg white, and 1 tsp corn starch to 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Pour sauce over dry mixture. Add juice from 1/2 lemon.
