Omg my flatmate Jo also had brown bananas and made the most amazing banana cookies, they sound just like mini versions of your loaf! They are completely ruining my gym achievements! Lol. Banana = v.g. Kx

Lol! Yay for brown bananas! My banana loaf is ruining my willpower, but I did have a healthy dinner last night (pasta and red pesto on a small and then an ice lolly (and then a small slice of banana loaf - hmm, not very healthy after all, but smaller portions than of late, hurray!).

It was! I was very impressed, especially since it was luck that I pulled it out of the oven in time. It was due to have ten more minutes, but I looked at it and, being the nosy person that I am, I pulled it out and poked it with a knife.

It turned out with just the right amount of density and moistness - things never turn out that good for me when I'm baking! I can do savoury, but sweet stuff is always touch and go!

Oh no! Don't you start titling every post with "... goodness" as well! It's out to get me! I'm getting worried about walking down the street at night and being accosted by goondess jumping out of side alleys.

PS The cake sounds amazing - I'll have to try it sometime *g*.

Lol! I never even noticed!! *g* Oops! Sorry! (I can just imagine someone dressed in a grey cape (to blend in the background, of course) with a large 'G' in the middle of their chest, waiting behind a corner to leap out and regale you with how 'goodness' is a perfectly perfect word and should be used more often! Oh my goodness! *g* ;)

I must remember to post the recipe tonight, and take some photos. I'm going to try and convince my computer that it wants to go online, which will make life easier. :)
