Oh no! They do seem to have been having issues so hopefully this is a temporary issue. FWIW I can see what looks like a normal full profile (with bio etc) on your profile page. Perhaps if you clear cookies and empty cache and relaunch browser? (I suggest like I know what I'm saying, but literally that is my only fix for the technical issue known as 'the internet is somehow weird')

I maintain that tech fixes (for most of us, me included) remain essentially the equivalents of 'placate the idol god with rituals until ONE OF THEM fixes it'... or in other words, yes, any time I can offer a hopeful incantation I am glad! Hooray that something or other has fixed it for now, here's hoping it stays fixed. *hugs*

Oh noes!!!! That's really weird! Like halotolerant said, LJ have been having a torrid time. They just gave me an extra 2 weeks' worth paid account because of recent problems over access. It might be a lingering problem with that admin work they did a few days ago.
If you are usually permanently signed in, why not sign out, close everything down, and go in again on the new sign-in? See what that does! :-/

It doesn't show my bio, my friends, my communities, nothing. Only the V-gifts are accessible. Is this an error or have you moved the above data somewhere else? My problem is that, when I try to post, none of the button work. I can't change my icon, or add a link, or any of that. I sent in a report, but no response so far.
They haven't responded to me yet, and I saw on their page that some queries seem to have gone for a very long time without any response :-(
It sounds like your problem might be different, but would it be worth trying the same things that were suggested to me (by the others right here in this post, up-screen, I mean), just in case? I mean clearing your cache and/or relevant cookies, in case there's some LJ-glitch messing with them?
I know less than nothing about this stuff, alas, so I just tried those suggestions because they seemed like a good idea - and hopefully they were for my problem, at least :-s
I hope you are able to get sorted! I do hate it when LJ won't let us talk to each other!
