I got mail!!! I got mail!!!

One post card and two letters.

This is the best day yet, and I haven't even read them. :)

I miss hugs.

There is no one here that I am comfortable hugging yet. My body seems to expect hugs though. I have been feeling cravings for them.

Or maybe I am just feeling the ghosts of hugs sent across the ocean to find me.

Either way, I'd like a real one.

In the Netherlands when a dog gets on the bus it has to pay a fare, just like everyone else.

Tonight was a bon voyage dinner with my family. I even got my grandmother talking about herself a bit. She is the anti stereotype of grandmothers who only tell stories.
