I have an interview on Tuesday for a Science Educator position at a local science museum. I'd be teaching about natural phenomena, like tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes and the like. Well, I got the call from the University's Mental Health Services. After explaining the situation, they felt it unethical to give an evaluation when they haven't seen me in over a year. Alas, it appears my departure date of September 21st, heading with the Peace Corps to Central America, may be delayed. Apparently, they want a current psychological evaluation done by those who've seen me before... nearly two years ago. The people that have seen me before are the counselors at the university. I have just been accepted and nominated for a position to teach environmental science in a Latin American country with the Peace Corps. Pending medical release, I will leave in late September to my choice of countries, being Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Peru. I know many, many people are going to disagree with me, but I'm going to say it:

I think, in my opinion, that "Together We're Heavy", by the band Polyphonic Spree, is perhaps one of the most beautiful compositions I have ever heard. I think perhaps it ranks among the top 5 most beautiful pieces of music to listen to.
