Ugh, i just pulled an all nighter a day after my 12 hour sunday drive. So i had a 15 page lab write up to do on the effects of drinking a carbohydrate based drink as oppose to water in long duration of exercise at low and high intensities. Well i was trying to decide whether to visit some friends in indianapolis this weekend or stay here and do hw.
