It was time to feed Zira, and I realized I barely had enough food for dinner, and tomorrow is my office day so I couldn't run get her some in the morning. X-Ray
So I tried to get my foot checked out on Wednesday and that didn't work out. I had decided that I would just take it easy and forget the X-ray. Then I started to get a little worried. It can still be a good day
So I'm pretty sure I broke my toe. I wasn't going to go to the doc since so many people told me they can't do much for toes. Then over the weekend I had two nurse friends tell me to get it checked. So I called my doctor's office and they said they didn't have an X-Ray machine but I could go to Insight Diagnostic.

I love dressing up!
The Ninjas vs Pirates ride was the highlight of my weekend. Julie and I put a lot of work into our costumes. It was great to wear our Ninja Turtle outfits out. I loved how excited the neighborhood kids got when they saw all of us adults out riding in costumes:)

What a difference time can make. When I first started this LJ account, I was dealing with an important friendship that had fallen to pieces. Although I still don't understand exactly what happened or what I might have done to contribute to things falling apart, I feel like I've grown a lot from the whole thing. I did it! I've been thinking about it for months, maybe more. I work on a specialized team at my company. We are a consulting firm. The name of our service does not describe what my team does. Bikini
I'm trying to make a bikini. I have a pattern. Spandex is slippery ( even with tissue to stabelize). I got some less expensive fabric for the 1st run. Wish me luck.
Update: It turned out a little smaller than I want. Of course Lance thought it was just fine:) On to the second attempt. I may even try to add lining. -
