Why can I have an endless conversation with everyone else in the world, but not even a few exchanged words with you? I freeze up and I can't think. I realize I must sound like a broken record. But, honestly, these constant ups and downs happen. And they never stop.
It's frustrating. I'm tired of playing these things over and over in my head.
It gets to me. Can we please get back to normal?

I am doing alright.
I went through one of the worst weeks of my life.
But I made it. And, I am doing okay.
I don't know how, but I am holding up.
