So, it's Sunday.  I'm alone watching The Simple Life on E! because Lisa is watching Grease at Theatre Downtown today.  She will be filling in on the spotlight on Thursday night, so she went to watch and take notes to make her life easier when it comes to operating the spot.

Only this weekend did I finally see RENT--the movie based on the Broadway smash that opened my freshman year of high school and continues to run today.  That's ten years!  I remember loving the original production so much merely because of the original cast.  ( Read more... )

Yes, I was greatly disappointed that she was unable to attend last night's Cabaret Party due to performances at the Whoop-de-Doo Revue.  I'm pretty sure she would have rather been at the Orlando Rep allowing me to serenade her with a new dedication.  Oh well...there's always March.

I used to be a big fan of road trips.

I'm not exactly sure what happened between high school and now to change my mind.  Perhaps one too many JetBlue flights, or airline flights in general, has kept me from enjoying the basic joys of traveling in cars.
