Donation Confirmation Post
Please post all donation confirmations here, using the following template:

Note: After you have made a donation confirmation post, please keep alert until a mod replies stating that the confirmation has been recorded in our transaction spreadsheets.
IMPORTANT
* Remember: the offerer is the person who must confirm that a donation has been made here. Bidders submit proof to the person running their auction. Offers need to post this proof.
* If you made a confirmation post and you haven't been replied to, do NOT make another post. Please wait patiently or PM lieueitak.
* For offerers who consider their threads closed (prior to end of auction) due to a buy-it-now winner, you are encouraged to confirm donations ASAP and make a donation confirmation post here.
In general: For confirmation of donation --
(1) If the donation was made in v-gifts, you should specify the number of v-gifts each winner purchased and name all recipients.
(2) If the donation was made online to a vetted charity, you should state that you have received an electronic receipt (screenshot and/or forwarded email) and provide proof of this.
(3) If the donation was made by mail or in-person, you should state that you have received either a scanned copy or clear photograph of the physical receipt and provide proof of this.
(4) If the donation was made via text messaging, you should state that you have received a screenshot or clear photograph of the delivered text message and provide proof of this.
(5) If the proof of donation includes a confirmation code, please provide it.
In other words, please demonstrate in some way that a donation has taken place. If there is sensitive information in your proof, your comment will be screened to protect the original bidder.
If you're confused or not sure about something, do not post it here; the message will be lost. Please PM the mod.
