After being hung up on by verizon for about the 4th time, and getting a busy signal when calling back for about the 8th time, I finally gave up and decided to get Vonage VOIP service. They're setup fee was actually cheaper than the transfer fee that Verizon was going to charge me to move my line over to my new place, and they're at least 5-8
