Last night we received the down payment on our home. We are to be out by June 9th. I love this place so much. After the buyers left, I just hugged Michael and cried. We are SO blessed to have sold our home so quickly. We had it up for a month, and it's already sold. There are some homes here that have been up for sale for a year ( Read more... )

P.S. This weekend we put our home on the market :( And tonight, we received an acceptance letter from UIUC... with quite an offer. This is one of the top two choices. We'll see what happens
