Spent most of the morning at Abby's place, sorting out a phone for her, finally got my old one unlocked!

Finished the unpicking in the afternoon, and tried to sort guitar lessons for boy! (his teacher can't do the slot he used to do).

After dog walk, Evening was run through in dress for Twelfth Night.  Easier than most run throughs but still

Most of the day sewing.  Started quilting but it went wrong so I've decided to unpick all the machine quilting and do it by hand.  Means I've also revised the finish date goal.  Cycled to Kingshill in the evening on newly pumped up tyres (I've invested in a proper stirrup pump) and knocked a minute and a half of the ride, from 8.20 to 5.50 ( Read more... )

Erm...  Oh yes, gardening.  Got the rest of the new plants potted up, slug pellets down and weeded 2 veg beds.
Crashed the rest of the day (dog walk in the rainy woods in the evening).

Monday more sewing of quilt, dog walk in not rainy woods and cycled to KIngshill and back for a meeting.

Dog walk in the blazing sun, but a lovely meander.
Some destructive gardening, taking out a plum tree that was hanging over the house.  Rain stopped play mid afternoon, so we were forced to retreat and listen to the thunderstorm from indoors!  I ended up napping due to a horrid headache.
Evening was pleasant enough, not much to do but fine :)

Bike ride with Lisa, getting faster!

Bought backing fabric and edging for quilt.  Met Caytti and Toby and saw their new house.

Dog walk with F in the evening on the golf course.

Sewed sqaures all day!  Main patchwork (195 squares) is now finished, it's been very soothing!
Also last business training call this evening.

Tomorrow I need to find backing fabric and edging fabric.

R at home on a random inset day.  The day whisked away doing patchwork stuff and listening to chick lit novels on Audible.

Meeting with a cleaning company to get a weekly cleaner, have to see how it goes.
