Whenever I'm at work and I'm having a bad day, I go into the walk in freezer and dance with my arms in the air and eat the frozen dark chocolate pieces that we put on the ice cream. I hope Jay realizes that I am not going to marry him one day if he doesn't change his eating habits. Someone who only eats carbs isn't going to live a long life and I refuse to be a widow at the age of 35. He really needs to grow up or get some help. We can't even talk about it anymore without getting angry. I'm serious about this too.

I've been in such a funk lately and I don't know what to do. It has been ever since I came home from my trip. They say that this happens to a lot of people but I didn't think it would happen to me.
