I've been called out! Yes it definitely stopped there. Running sucks. No offense. I've decided that dieting and doing more active things is the best approach for me, at least until I went on vacation and gained back the seven pounds I had lost, dammit.
i need to get a scale and actually watch my weight, but i've been running 5 days a week, i need to start working out other ways too... but i feel better :D get your butt in gear. and aren't you suppose to lose weight on vacation?
