a couple of months ago i read that young persons (generally aged in the mid-twenties and younger) start producing melatonin at 11pm at night and it don't quit til 7am. older folks start producing it earlier in the evening, until production shuts down at 4am. thus young people are harder to rouse in the morning/fall asleep in class/are cranky and ( Read more... )
