I felt awkward commemorating her last year, after her 'celebration of life.' This summer, however, I read the note she wrote as a CIT1, to the next summer's CIT1. And it was then that I found my connection to her. Her words were so strong, she was there for me, even if she couldn't be there physically.
Periwinkle will be remembered by everyone who's even known someone who has been touched by her.
