The Vancouver, BC trip was imperfectly executed, yet exactly as planned.

Not an excess of pictures here, just a few simple shots that capture the weekend. I'm very glad it's over, as it never seemed to end, and the intensity of the strip is too much for that long. Alas, I survived, with the shirt on my back, and I'm happy. I had a great weekend with great people, as far as I'm concerned, I beat the house.

I can't believe it's already June. It's very significant to me, because, as always, my mood improves in the Summer, and I always seem to be who I want to be in the Summer. I suppose that's kind of simplistic, but I really love the sun. I love driving around in the summer with all my windows down, and my sunroof open, and loud music playing ( Read more... )

My "Birthday Week" as it was later referred to was very fun. From a seemingly constant reminder from Honor that it was my week to indulge myself and celebrate, to a surprise on Thursday morning when Tommy showed up out of the blue (thanks to Honor and Tricia), it was a week of unending jovialities ( Read more... )

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!

WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF OUR MARKETING CALL CENTER BEING "OPERATIONAL" WE HAD A LEAD GO TO A LOAN OFFICER!!!

WITHIN THREE HOURS WE HAD 13 LEADS GENERATED!!!

WE ARE UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

It seems that everyone in our office is intensely sick, and I caught it on Tuesday. I've been doing my best to keep working, but it's not very easy. As of Friday we will be attempting to be officially "working" -- but, until then, it's annoying administrative stuff, and setting up the business.
