Oh wow last night I had the craziest dream. In the dream, my ex-wife was able to keep her shallow comments about other people to herself and actually keep her fucking mouth shut. The pilsner is in bottles now. Dan and I bottled it in record time tonite, 45 minutes. It's amber in color, very clean looking, it has a very smooth nutty taste, I thought the hops were going to be a bit hardcore, but the finishing hops rounded it out nicely.
