You don't bring me anything but down.

Well, things went from bad to worse yesterday. Bec was on fine form as she didn't eat all day, repeatedly stomped off in a mood, drank about half a bottle of Bacardi on an empty stomach, stropped around some more, decided to take it out on me every time we were about to rehearse, and consiquintely, we have not practiced for our Friday gig...our ( Read more... )

You are a lot closer in age than me and our Spike aren't you...me and my sis have never had that. Different sexes...8 year age gap. Plus I'm the fierce drinker out of us two (although I'm getting better), and although we argue about that and getting me to lose some weight (at which point I'll be really handsome apparently LOL, although I know I'll never be anything more than Newark's answer to Tarantino).

Sounds like me and my sis are the opposite way round to you and your sis (use of the word Becky is going to cause confusion here!)

Mind you I got into trouble for watching Hellraiser 3 on the horror channel while visting my folks last night at 2am.

Oh babble babble babble

Bec is just short of 3 yrs younger than me. We're pretty much inseperable. She's my best friend, but sometimes she can't cope with me having other close friends, however I brought that on myself because I can sometimes be a little exclusive with my time and exclude others..unintentionally.

I must just warn you though, Becca loves being called Becky, about as much as I love being called Debbie:-) It's Bec, Becs, Becca or Rebecca.

I've never seen any of the Hellraiser films. Any good? xx

Hmmm, this non becky debbie thing - is it too common? Or is it because -y -ie indicates a diminutive? I'll have to call her something else or else I'll get confused with my own sis, who luckily is known as Spike to the world at large (or hellogirl1 on myspace). Oh well.

The Hellraiser films are essnetially based on gay S and M stuff in the books of Clive Barker - the first movie was ok...the second terrible and edited all over the place, and the third from what I saw last night was very silly. The nice man with nails in his head turned goth disco goers into fellow "Explorers in the outer realms of experience" (ie harcore s and m!).

Very quotable the original "We'll tear your soul apart", "No more tears, it's a waste of good suffering" - for best pub comic effect, deliver these lines into an empty pint glass.
