Let's rant about snow, since everyone else in Seattle is.

Keep in mind that I don't expect my friends to be the dumb people I'm complaining about.

I think this is true in most places where you have to drive in winter, but where the number of snow storms each year can be counted on one hand. I bet that many of those municipalities think that the Public Works snow removal budget is there for the taking because winter just won't be that bad this year.

Lincoln is much the same way with winter driving, although I bet there's a higher proportion of jerkoffs in trucks & SUVs that think 4-wheel drive means that I'll never skid. :)
