Eh, it happens. It's just as well, our current landlords are incredibly slack (ie, our washing machine has been broken since just after we moved in) so it'll be nice to move on I think :) Just a little bummed after all the time we put into cleaning and painting when we first moved in!

Yes, very much so. I am still not entirely unpacked: odds and ends still need to find places, etc. I am going to have a housewarming party sometime in early September, so that should give me the motivation I need to finish organizing. :)
