OP requested Nation A to get a map of Nation B to find their sweet spots, since Nation B is tight-lipped on the matter. It's UK/US, as will soon become evident. And OP, you told me to do my worst. I did.

The Continental United States of America (plus Alaska and Hawaii) sprung at England’s eyes in brightly colored state partitions. To anybody, this would be just a normal map. To England, it was like painting America in (hopefully lickable) body paint and posing him naked in a picture. Possibly even more, as it wasn’t just him, it was him as a Nation. What he was at his most fundamental core. It made England face flush, and he gently traced a finger down the Atlantic coast from the need to touch.But he had more to do than stare at a map of America and get off on it. The plains might be his stomach, the smooth flat surface heaving up and down, trying to get enough air as England sucked him off. He would gasp and groan (“F-Faster, I can’t… Oh please-!”) and writhe, hips thrusting up helplessly until they were pinned. His hips… Were they the panhandle of Oklahoma? For they were easy handles for England to grasp as he thrust helplessly into America.

Fingers traced down the Rockies, and it could only be America’s spine, and at the bottom he could grab his arse and squeeze, fingers digging into the supple flesh instead of tracing a map, tracing outlines. And he couldn’t take it anymore ( ... )

Oh gosh Author!Anon, that was just delicious! I like how you mentioned the Puritans, it's my personal headcannon that if England hadn't shipped them over here America would be much less of a Tsun.
