Nation 1 is having trouble pleasuring their partner, Nation 2--they can't quite figure out the right technique, or hit the sweet spot. For whatever reason (shame, indignation, loving how much they get to mock Nation 1 over it), Nation 2 refuses to tell them any useful information.
