As everyone in the forest (but America) knows, England is sucktastic at interpersonal relationships. Great at magic, horrible at empathy. On the upside, I really like the image of Alfred with a collar and nothing else on. So - hee. :D

Author-anon is very pleased you like. And yeah, England has a lot to learn about the 'don't get your ward so pissed off at you he does run away' way of life. (He and Batman can compare notes)

And that was suppose to be 'Karma's a bitch' Ugh, no 'is'. That's what I get for staying awake for more than 24 hours. Guhh..
I'm not familiar with the details of Batman's relationship with Robin. I think I saw an animated movie where he turned into the Joker? I'm confused but I do know that he changed his superhero name and went solo at some point?
And it doesn't help that Batman's butler is named Alfred.

Ah, well, in DC the Batman/(first) Robin relationship is famous for its angst and teenage rebellion and Batman being an overcontrolling dick and Robin being so very reactionary. Very like Alfred/Arthur, and yes, the fact that there is an Alfred in both scenarios (one American, one British) is hilarious to me too.

Writer!Anon of the other bunny!Iggy fill! Finally read your fic fully instead of skimming it. I'm really liking it so far (and it's getting me pumped to do my own story. I'll make sure not to steal ur ideas cause that would be so not awesome.)
Man, this chapter...I lol in real life at the scene where France got chomped on! And I like how even this is an AU, ur sorta following history with England being a possessive bastard and not wanting America to be friendly with anyone except him. Im agreeing with the above anons: that collar + possessive/stalker!England = bad news and a dumb move on Iggy's part. Hopefully England will be taught a lesson. Hopefully without his cute little bunny head getting hurt. Cause the bunny is d'awwwwww~!
BTW, have u been getting weird replies from anons calling u names that aren't urs? I think there's something weird about this thread. >.>
no one saw that deanon, dammit

Hahaha, well, parallel ideas, and I mean we're both working off the same basis. It's all right.
And well, poor England really. He's just trying to keep America safe and secure. I mean, you need to understand that his childhood wasn't very happy, and he wanted someone to watch out for him the way he is now for America; and that the ones who made it miserable are those same fellows now playing with America. It's as if the bully who plagued you all your life began making friends with your little brother - you'd be concerned too, right?
No. Er, no, not at all. But bloody hell, would it kill you to spell out "your" properly? I mean, you shorten words enough as it is.

This is shaping up to be a lovely fill, anon! It's the best kind of AU that keeps the characters instantly recognizable and weaves canon events into the fabric of the new world while making them seem natural to the alternate environment. And England...oh, England. Making the same mistake he made in canon. He's going to pay for that.
Well, at least we know it'll eventually lead to sexy times! :D

Glad you're enjoying the fill, anon! I'm really pleased that you like the AU aspect of it; for me, that's one of the most fun things to write in an AU, an AU rendering of canon events.
Yes, poor England is going to pay. (and he'll get to deal with damn Washington and damn Lafayette again - oh noes!) But...if....sex...all's well that ends well.

And the drama continues~ Both here and elsewhere.
You're doing quite a good job of capturing the dynamics of these two, anon, and I quite enjoyed the mention of the other nations. Not to mention keeping strongly to the fairy tale side of things. It would be quite easy to forget about those things since they're always there, but you haven't.

On this like America on hamburgers. Oh wow, I'm the second filler >.< Normally I don't do pr0n, but that pic was so hot I just had to do it! Uh, hope OP doesn't mind a multichapter!fill. I just had an idea for a plot (OMG pr0n with plot?) for this kind of fantasy setting, so I decided to run with it

For many years, it was just the two of them living in that little house as a family. Alfred grew at an astounding speed, or at least it seemed that way to Arthur. Of all the species in the kingdoms, humans were the ones that grew the fastest and lived the shortest, though they bred faster than even rabbits. Like all werebeasts, Arthur had taken a long time to grow up and then had his age frozen once he reached adulthood. Other than accident or murder, Arthur was virtually immortal
