I decided to go ahead and fill this, because I’ve got a hypnokink about a mile wide. Don’t know if this is what you’re looking for, OP, because I chose to go more with how hypnosis is really done…but I hope you still like it, all the same

Arthur rubs the bridge of his nose and squeezes his eyes. “Yes, Alfred, because doctors are actually malevolent pythons with hypnotic powers waiting to prey upon young children for dinner.”
He expects Alfred to snipe something back at him, but when he opens his eyes, Alfred is looking away, picking at a loose thread on Arthur’s blanket with his fingertips. There’s a tight, uncomfortable look on that face, and Arthur almost calls the whole thing off. One more try, he persuades himself, lifting Alfred’s face to look him in the eye.
“Alfred,” he says, “hypnosis doesn’t work like that. You’re aware the entire time. Hyper-aware, even. I wouldn’t be able to force you to do anything you don’t want to, and you have to want to be hypnotized for it to work

Oh my goodness... Author!Anon you are astounding. I can truthfully say this is now one of my favorite fills. Ever. You know I have a terrible time finding fics with realistic hypnosis alone but nothing I find is ever this well done. This is...this is just delicious. Anon, the trust and softness here and Alfred's uncertainty and just everything. I love it. As I read this, I became totally relaxed. And he watches Alfred tug, and pull at invisible restraints; his smile turns sultry and his mouth waters when he reaches out to rub Alfred’s arm. “You can stop now,” he says. “But do you see, Alfred? You can’t move an inch from where you are now. Right?”
“Yes,” Alfred whimpers, and swallows a bit. “Yes.”
Arthur moves between Alfred’s legs; his arms hold him up as he curls over to look into his lover’s face and watch the minute twitching of those eyelids.
“Look down into that book again, Alfred,” he murmurs, “and when I ask you to, I want you to read to me what you just acted out. I want detail, and I want you to keep talking, no matter what you feel - if you feel uncomfortable, that’s okay. But otherwise, I want you to start…reading…nowAlfred sighs, with his lungs and his breath and his whole body. “Kissed me,”
