I'd love to see a self-harming England who over the years has internalized all hateful comments ever said to him. If I recall correcting it has been stated that he is a natural pessimist. Well how about him having a naturally self destructive nature as well?
Okay well anyway somehow or another America goes off on England after having his ideas being criticized one to many times. They have a huge fight which in turn causes poor Iggy to run off and harm himself. What happens next is up to anon as long as there is USxUK fluff! <3 Smut is not needed... but oh so very much loved. xD

I'm not the anon who promised to work this kink to life, but I wanted to give a shot too!

For a short moment that seemed to last for minutes, hours, too long anyway, no one said or did anything.
The room had gone completely silent, every nation present now staring disbelievingly either America or England. Some thought America had gone too far this time, some expected England to go completely berserek on the younger nation and some believed that this is it. But nothing happened.
England stared America with wide eyes, his brains still processing what the blond just said.
Nothing.
There was no outburst on England’s part, nor America’s for that matter. The heavy silence continued and no one dared to move before England took one step backwards, his eyes not leaving America’s until he just turned around and stiffly left the room.
Nothing.

orz English is not my native language, so hopefully there won't be too many mistakes.
And hopefully this'll become at least remotely what the OP wanted. Trying to update as soon as possible <3
Ohmigod you have no idea how happy this makes me! xD I really didn't think I was going to get a fill for this request because the anon that promised to fill this hasn't yet and might've forgotten about it. xD
But I really like it so far author!anon! In fact I really can't wait until the next update, really!
Oh and by the way, I think your English is indeed fine. If you hadn't have told me you weren't a native speaker/writer, I truely wouldn't have known. ^_^

Oh, Anon, I loved England's apparent non-reaction at the end of this part; the way he seemed to just silently accept and internalize the criticism / verbal abuse makes sense both for his personality and for someone who self-harms. I assume he took the criticism to heart even more because he loves America, right?
Oh, and your English is very, very good! It's not 100% perfect, but it's seriously 98-99% native-sounding, which is wonderful! ♥ I wouldn't have even guessed if I didn't teach English to non-native speakers, so don't worry about it at all. But shhh, don't tell anyone teachers read this kind of stuff! Or make horrible mistakes when typing, like I do.

Afjdsl thank you so much for an awesome comment! AND ARE YOU ME? Yes, the criticism hit especially hard exactly because it came from America, who England (although in denial) really loves. ♥
! Oh wow, you don't know how happy that makes me! Thank you so much ♥. Ahaha, I wouldn't mind a teacher who would read this kind of stuff! ;D But still, thanks so much for the comment, so much appreciated!!

England rushed along the hallways of the grand building they held the meetings, rushed out into the rain and back to the hotel the nations spent their nights during the meeting periods.
It’s fine. It’s fine. Not a big deal. It’s fine!
He didn’t meet anyone’s eyes on the way, he didn’t utter a word to anyone (not that anybody even tried to talk to him) and the only thing he did was slam the door of his room shut with exaggerated force.
It’s fine. I’ve gotten used to it, haven’t I? It’s not a---

America relaxed a bit, glanced at the people in the meeting room still staring at him and threaded his hand through his hair. What the hell just happened?! Why does he feel so… guilty? It’s not as if he did something wrong moments ago - well yeah, fighting and shouting like that might be a bit unheroic, but hey, they do it with England all the time, so what’s the big deal?
…okay, maybe he did kind of blurt out something he shouldn’t have. Something he didn’t really mean, but seriously, England was really begging for it!
Slowly people dared to start whispering with each other and silently leave the room, glancing at America warily or a bit.. accusingly? on the way out. America just stared, or rather glared back at them and stuffed his hands into his pockets. What’s wrong with everyone?! HE’s the one who got criticized again even though he was just trying to help and get something done, present some awesome ideas, but NO, nothing’s good for these people. The blond huffed and glared out of the meeting room’s window
