Right, so a new twist on an old concept. MPreg, but with the Nation in question going to bed with a flat stomach and then the next morning waking up extremely pregnant - third trimester at least.
It can just be something that happens to Nations (heck even can be an asexual process rather than a sexual one), or something involving magic - whatever anon desires. But OP would like to see some honest panic/confusion/concern/attempts to cover it up even if it is a Nation thing.
OP will be shameless and say England as said nation with America/England as the pairing (or a complete reverse of the situation) but if anon strongly fancies something else, far be it for me to protest~

This morning, Arthur was surprised. Shocked, stunned, etc. He’s never been this surprised before. Why? Males can’t get pregnant you know~
“THAN WHY AM I?” Arthur screamed.
Uh… what did you do yesterday? Arthur though about it intently, but only fuzzy memories came up. That was going to be a problem…
“Ugh, yesterday I remember I was skinny and my stomach, flat. But now it’s all swelled up! What am I going to do… *cries* Maybe if I was America I could say I ate too many hamburgers but…” Arthur cried.
“ENGLAND! WHAT’S UP!” shouted a very cheerful country. Shoot, America, thought Arthur. I need to hide or else he will see me and hate me and I don’t want him to hate me since I-

“If you have one part that’s like a girl, then we have to dress all of you like a girl…” Alfred said slyly as he started undressing the other country.
“What? Wait! No!” Arthur tried to fight back, but that’s kind of hard when you’re in his situation.
In the end, Arthur somehow got dressed in maternity clothes and has a wig on. Don’t ask me how Alfred got them. They went out together to find the culprit. And then the worst person had to come first. “Eh~ Who’s this, America?” Francis asked.
Arthur wanted to choke. He didn’t want Francis to find out and tell the world. America, do something! And luckily, the Hero always helps. “It’s a long story. I made a mistake, okay? I didn’t know and then she came to me saying that her baby is mine. Don’t tell anyone, okay?”
Francis looked confused one moment and then smiled the next, “Yes, France understands, I won’t tell,”
Then, they parted with Arthur a little doubtful that Francis wouldn’t tell. It was at least better than him knowing Arthur was pregnant. Alfred

It took a short time to explain it to Kiku. Kiku nodded and said, “Arthur, the culprit isn’t me. I certainly have the technology, but not the mind to do it. Unless you wanted me to,”
Kiku remembered something else, “How about Hong Kong?”
“Hong Kong?” thought England.
Kiku noticed Arthur was thinking a bit too hard on the subject. Maybe he should mention it some other time, when Arthur got his memories back from Im Yong Soo. “Anyways, we need to get rid of England’s pregnancy somehow. It can only be caused by magic. England, don’t you do a bunch of that at home?” Kiku asked.
Arthur shot up. Damn! There was that spell that he forgot about that he left at home. “Let’s go to my house!” he ordered.
They rushed to Arthur’s house. “Stay here,” he ordered to Alfred since it would be bad if he saw what happened down there. Kiku followed though. He went through the corridor and opened the door. “Don’t hurt me!” shouted a voice.

Arthur wanted to forget that. “What happened to that unborn country?” asked Alfred.
Quebec, he wanted to say, but that was part of Canada now. France took it and now it speaks French. He didn’t want anything to do with it after. “I don’t know,” Arthur lied.
“Oh well, that was fun though,” Alfred said.
“Why? It was horrible for me,” Arthur replied.
“Hm? Because I got to spend time with you,” Alfred said unknowing Arthur’s feelings.
Arthur blushed and remembered the time he spent with Alfred. He needed to thank that idiot too. “Come here,” Arthur whispered.
Alfred turned around and Arthur met him with his lips. They had a long kiss, until they ran out of air. Arthur blushed and said, “Thanks,”
“I wouldn’t mind if you thank me again,” Alfred responded.

Author! Anon here~ This is me, half asleep in the morning since I had to finish this, listening to Maru Kaite Chikyuu of different countries and suddely remembering Quebec-kun on the Hetalia meme I was doing. XD Thanks for commenting though.
