Surgeon General's Warning: Beware the CRACK AU

Arthur happens to be the hapless squire/knight/magician's apprentice sent to slay the overlarge lizard that's been terrorizing the land. Said firebreathing dragon happens to be named Alfred, and he happens to like collecting precious things for his hoard.
Alfred, once he's disarmed/defeated etc Arthur (preferebly in some fashion that makes it clear just how AWESOME he is) decides that he'll collect a treasure from Arthur.
Namely, his virginity.
PS: please have Alfred be one of those dragons that can shape-shift; I cringe at the mechanics otherwise.
Note: If you can work in some references to Alfred's brother Matthew, that would be *wonderful*

It's so sweet and fluffy!! The tone of the story reminds me of Harry Potter AUs with magical creatures as one of the main pairing (Veela *cough cough*), magical bondings and stuff...
But Anon can't seem to take too much fluff *sigh*. As I was reading this, a plot can't help but pop out in my head...well, Arthur's human, but Alfred's a dragon, Alfred's bound to age way slower...and outlive Arthur. Alfred's desperate and he contacts his long-time vampire enemy Francis (because he's Matthew's lover and Alfred doesn't think Francis is worthy...?) who agrees to 'turn' Arthur but his condition is to share him or something...and wish-granter Japan (sort of like Yuuko) has a cameo. It ends somewhat 'happily' with Japan enabling Alfred to die when Arthur does and they are reincarnated together...
Ok, I think my imaginations ran too wild already lol...but I love the fill, Author!Anon! Thank you so much for writing this XD!
ReCaptcha: Find Two. Two more characters? *perks up*. Vampire Francis and Wish granter Japan? *hopeful*
Second!Fillernon here, bouncing anxiously into what is easily one of the most interesting requests I have ever seen. I hope everyone enjoys my take!

Arthur was not what one might call observant. He was curious, clever, talented, ill-tempered, impatient and very one track-minded. Once he became set on something, nothing else mattered. Nothing else existed. He didn't have any friends, due to his snippy attitude and constant sneaking off to study with his grandfather, the Great Wizard Atherol
( ... )
~In Which Arthur Places Protective Charms~ %+%+% It'll eat them, he told himself heavily. All Atherol's preparations must be purely defensive. It would be pointless to hunt the dragon with hope of rescuing the maidens

Oooh, I like your take on this, anon! I shall be eagerly awaiting the next update~
And pfffft...I feel so bad for poor Artie, ostracized by the ladies. ;___; Ah well. I have a feeling his simple life is about to get a lot more complex!

that metallic sheen is a lot harder than it looks. He just looks like a psychotic merman or something T__T

The ending (though I am sad to see it end) is pretty and tasteful, leaving room for the mind to expand on further adventures.
The awkward family dinner made me smile~<3

Aww, I don't think he really gets them. *attacked by image of cute little kid! Arthur*
Atherol: Well, why don't you try talking? Maybe they're just shy.
Arthur: Women are strange! I don't want to. *pouts*

OOOH I really like your take on this! It's cute, funny, but it foreshadows something awesome coming up next. <3 *waits eagerly for the next chapter*
And, haha, when Atherol called the dragon a bugger I read burger *shot* XD

Also, lol. I had been trying to use less modern English, but apparently, my oldish English doesn't work at three in the morning.
Thank you!
