America/Russia or USUk Eating Disorder

I've read a few bulimia fics, but I really really want to see a fic where America has anorexia and collapses at a world meeting, and all the nations find out about his eating disorder. And then Russia or England helps him get healthy again!

Potential Author Anon is now just Author AnonThe lunch break was over and the meeting was starting back up. Most of the nations had left the building to get food from out so America had left too, even if he wasn’t eating anything he still had to look like he was. He was too late to catch the elevator that closed just before he could get to it but when he turned around to go to the stairs when he noticed that Germany and Prussia had also missed the elevator. The walk up would have probably been quiet had Prussia not decided to race him to the meeting. America was never one to back down from a challenge so they were off, much to Germany’s chagrin

“It’s probably just the jacket.” Prussia noted, making his presence known again as he also poked the leather bomber jacket. “It looks bigger on you

Wow this is great so far! I've been hoping for an Anorexic!America fic almost since I first read the diet strips. The way the America is ignoring the obvious hints of being under weight are perfect,. I can't wait for more!

It's kind of sad how much I wanted to see an eating disorder fic but I can't help but want to see the recovery part. Too many people I know are or have gone through issues.

it just turned into more fat or something because it was gone
America you silly goose, muscle can't turn to fat. Your body is just directing all it's energy to keeping you functioning.
...:(
This is a good fill so far! I can't wait to see more. You do a great job of showing America's destructive mindset. It'll be interesting when Russia and England find out.

“What happened?” Russia asked quietly, kneeling down beside the island nation.
“Like I bloody well know,” England hissed, cradling America’s head protectively. “And why would I tell you? You’ll probably just make it worse!”
“You’re not the only one who cares for America you know.” Russia replied dangerously. He then turned his attention towards the unconscious nation. He grabbed his wrist, wanting to check his pulse but stopped. The wrist and hand felt wrong, the joint was overly large and the hand was frail, skeletal, even through the gloves. Russia took no time in ripping the glove off and looked at his hand. It was disturbing, the joints in the fingers, like the wrist, were swollen; the fingers were thin, just skin pulled tightly over bone. Russia couldn’t believe what he was seeing, but here it was. He looked over and saw England gaping at the hand as disbelieving as Russia.
“Oh, mon Dieu.” A startled gasp from behind them drew the duo’s attention. France was leaning over them from behind, looking at America’s hand with much

England shuddered and turned to see Russia holding America’s frail hand in both of his larger ones. And the look on his face… England didn’t even know Russia had cared about the younger nation, not that he would have approved. He then looked over to Canada, America’s twin, the nation nobody ever noticed. France had somehow made his way over to that side and was kneeling next to Canada who just looked, for lack of a better word, lost. Completely lost because this was America, he was strong and unbreakable but here he was, lying on the conference room as nothing more than a broken skeleton

The other three nodded in agreement and without warning Russia lifted the other nation and held him bridal style.
“We’re leaving,” He announced to the rest of the conference. “I hope there are no objections.”
There were none and the four slipped out of the conference room with America.

America waited until they were in the hallway and the doors were closed before he asked again, mainly because it took that long to think coherently.
“What happened?” He asked again, seeming to not mind being carried by Russia.
“You collapsed during your presentation.” England began. “America, is there… anything you want to tell us? We won’t judge you, we just want to help.”
“Don’t know what you’re talkin’ ‘bout.” America answered.
“I think you do, Amérique.” France began.
“No-” America started but was cut off when Russia gripped him tightly and interrupted.
“Cut the crap,” Russia snapped. “You’re thin as a skeleton and so light I doubt you even weigh forty kilograms! So be honest and explain what is wrong

I can't even think because of an intelligent comment right now; I mean, this kind of situation is horrifying enough, and poor England's feelings of guilt are depressing, even though we know enough psychology to know that, AT MOST, he only trigger what happened: the cause is in America. But you were really effective at writing and expressing that sick, sinking kind of realization/understanding you get when you suddenly realize that something like this is happening to someone you know and love.
Also, I like your England being old and smart enough to acknowledge his strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots. (As long as they have nothing to do with America. OTL) It's nice to be reminded of that: England shuddered and turned to see Russia holding America’s frail hand in both of his larger ones. And the look on his face… England didn’t even know Russia had cared about the younger nation, not that he would have approved. And his quick acceptance of that new information is impressive, too.

I know exactly what England and Russia are feeling. This fic definitely hits home with one of my closest friends who come back from her first semester (4 months) away at college weighing 40 pounds less then when she first left.
I just started the fill today so sorry for taking a part from the first part: America cringed; he’d been trying so hard, barely eating anything at all! He used to eat half a sandwich a day but it got to be too much and he had to cut down to chewing gum and coffee. But it looked like it wasn’t going to be enough, not even with all the exercise he was doing.
That last sentence in there... It's the worst when they don't see what's wrong with themselves. Especially when it just seems so obviously to others.
This fill is amazing and heartbreaking to me and I hope America can learn to find comfort in his body and recover like my friend is doing now. ♥ Please, please continue this!

Americaaaaaaa.... *sobs*
This is hitting in a place really close for me - I'm overweight and my mom's told me she wished I would get bulimic or anorexic. (And she's weight-obsessed herself....) And Russia is <3 here. I'm usually more of a USUK fan but Russia is <33333. Oh man, and it seems England doesn't know Russia and America have been meeting in the cabinets....and after that last line about "Am I think enough for you, Iggy?!" Oh my goooood. ;_;
Well, to be fair, it seems like England had absolutely no idea how his words were affecting (hurting!) America, and that now that he realizes it, he is horrified at what's going on and going to stop
