"France, do you know where England is?" America asked, craning his neck to try and see his ex-brother.
"I do not. Stop craning your head as if you are a child trying to see a show." France scolded slightly, brushing some non-existent dirt off his sleeve. This prompt is off to a wonderful start, anon! I really hope that you will continue it. I feel sad for them both, being unable to just talk to each other, and Churchill unknowingly making things harder.
Special relationship makes me giggle everytime I see it since I've gotten into Hetalia.
OMG I had lost all hope, and then you appear like a shining angel to deliver this beauty! I love it, anon, everything about it, especially the fact that you decided to start so far back...poor America, he went from less to more than England, without the middle ground. I really like where this is going! I'm also glad you included their bosses' intervention very early on...even if poor Churchill just made things worse unintentionallyXD (on that note, I love the dialogue and plot so far, but check out the way nations refer to their bosses and others'; I felt it was right that America calls England's boss Prime Minister, but then he switched to Churchill...and that sounded odd. I wouldn't mind in any other fic where they weren't going to have a big part, but in this... ^^U)
