There are a lot of Russia/America where Russia is a mafia boss, just wonder what it would look like if America is the mafia boss/underworld or gang leader

I am having SO MUCH FUN with this prompt, oh man. Thank you so much, OP, for requesting this. Incidentally, OP, are there any pairings you don't like, so I'd know what to avoid? 'cause I'm aware that left to my own devices, I'm likely to choose some weird ships, haha.
I hope I don't run out of creative insults for Romano.
Sometimes, Alfred thought, if you wanted something done right, you had to do it yourself.
He took one last look in the mirror, drinking in his reflection before shooting it a grin and a thumbs up. Sure, it wasn't a slick three piece, but he liked to think he looked good in the bomber jacket and jeans. Friendly, approachable, unconventional - but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing.
And being underestimated could come in handy, too.
"Oh yeah, who's the boss?" If there was a little ass shake accompanying the words, well, he wasn't owning up to it. "That's right. Me." And with that parting shot to an empty room, Alfred F. Jones left his apartment.
------Not for the first time, Lovino questioned whether he was

Pfft, Alfred really would admire himself in the mirror and talk to himself and shit. XD And poor Romano has to help him fix his image; somehow I don't think he's the type to be a calm and patient teacher, you know? OTL ... I'm afraid to ask what kind of great ideas Alfred has to share, but I'm sure they'll be "awesome" by some definition. *facepalms*
This isn't the kind of approach I imagined when I read the prompt, but I like it, author!anon. :D
OP is here!!!!!<3<3

OMG author!anon! My WHOLE weekend is made!!!<3 I love how you opened this with Alfred admiring himself, that's totally what I would imagine him say. And being underestimated could come in handy, too. This shows Alfred has brain, not just being lucky. He has all confidence and its very charming >//<
I also love your Romano, in-character and his insults are creative and funny. Alfred and Romano's interaction were appropriate and cute too! I love how he is like a puppy trainer <3 Oh also how he and Feliciano are going to use their fashion sense to rescue their new boss's outfit XDD
Hold off on the idea sharing until they're more used to you. Yes you're right Romano, you need to train the puppy so that he doesn't jump and do overly-friendly licking on everyone <3
I am really glad that you enjoy writing this fill! >////< This proves that I am not the only one who like the idea <3

Authornon here, and yeah, also the anon who was asking about RusAmEng earlier. (Ahaha, whoops, probably should have mentioned that before.) I'm glad you're liking it so far! You're definitely not the only one who likes the idea, it is an AWESOME idea. (though you are always totally free to whack me over the head one if I start getting distracted with mafia-ness instead of actually. getting Russia and America and England if it works - I still want to do the double-teaming thing together. I WILL PROBABLY NEED IT.)
Ah, good to know about the pairings! I will try not to go too wild with your permission. *grin*

OP here. Sure I'll make sure you get Russia and America (and England) in bed ;) But some scenes of Alfred making his way in the mafia-world and mafia-ness in general sounds so good! I think you did well in this first part and also I love your humor in this <3

OMG this! Its hilarious but little lines just make me run a bit cold in the veins (the one that showed Al had a brain. . .GJ on that!) ..like your just WAITING for us to let down our guard and then bam something really incredibly important happens.
Casts in vote for Russia/America or Romano/America

So with how heavily the mafia element seems to be intruding on this fic, I am beginning to guess this'll end up being a plot along the lines of "How Alfred F. Jones Become The Mafia Top Dog (And The Personal Relationship Shenanigans He Got Into Along The Way)." A SLIGHT DEVIATION FROM THE ORIGINAL PROMPT I am sorry OP. I also wanted to mention that I got the title from The Dear Hunter's "Go Get Your Gun," which is ridiculously fun and catchy and you should give it a listen

Fortunately, it seemed that Jones, for once in his lifetime, had read the atmosphere and realised he didn't want to talk about a certain Spanish bastard. Either that, or Jones was just more interested in talking business. Probably the latter; previous experience with Jones had shown the man could be like a dog and its bone with a topic if the man was interested

"Oh. Hmm." Alfred tilted his chair back, balancing haphazardly on its back legs as he formulated a response. "That's a fair question," he said. "It's, well... I'm planning on making a lot of changes around here. And obviously, I couldn't keep anyone who agreed with Guasconi's methods, yeah? But those would be the guys who got to the top under Guasconi's rule, so pretty much anyone near the top was right out. Guasconi thought you guys were troublesome though, which is pretty great already in my books, and everything I've read about y'all so far indicates you'd be dependable when it really matters. Also," and his lips twisted to a lopsided grin here, "y'all sounded really fun to work with

After this chapter, OP falls in love with all the mafia details author!anon have here <3 It is also exciting to see all these characters *v* Looking forward for their interactions and relationships! The description about Helena (Ancient Greece) is so much win <3 Romano is as amazing as always: <3 "Ch', you know I'm in this shit with you already." Oh my, Romano, WHY SO CUTE <3<3 I love how your Romano doesn't spit so much angry words but still really in character. I love your Romano <3
The description of Alfred being bored, Oh. My. Goodness. Alfred, why so cute. Why. And he is doing really good at the stuff he is interested in and I assumed this is one of the reasons he becomes and would be a good mafia boss? XD I wonder if we get to know the details of how Guasconi die and how Alfred was involved? His hero speech lol, Alfred, are you really sure you are running a mafia? XDDDD A friendly mafia is coming to town <3
