Little!Korea is in need of his immunisation shots...too bad he's terrified of needles. Cue China trying to get him to calm down enough so that the doctor can give him his shots.

Bonus: Using Hong Kong's shots as an example that it's doesn't hurt and it's not scary.

Bonus: Russia as the doctor. Just because.

I managed to get the first bonus in but not the second. Instead you get Nurse America! And it's set in the UK.

He had not known what to tell Yong Soo about where they were going today and in the end had decided to tell him nothing. He still remembered how much he had screamed at his thirteen month injections and Yao would prefer not to deal with that reaction
