Hee, wonderfully revolting to call the Carrows anything like professors! :DDD

I know. I crack me up when I write her sometimes because she's sooooo serious about her insane views.

I take it, then, Miss Parkinson, that the faculty alterations aren't overly disruptive to your studies?

You're very welcome! Nice to see it used. ^,^

Not at all, Headmaster. If anything, I think I'm doing better than ever in my classes. So many of us are - I think Goyle formulated a complete sentence yesterday.

Helped me out a lot!

Gratifying indeed. I trust also that Professors Slughorn and Carrow have not yet done each other any serious injury in attempting to win the dungeons over?

This is wonderfully revolting--I think Severus is going to go borrow Hagrid's salad fork and stab himself in the temple with it. :D

*furrows her brow*
I... don't... think so, sir.

Prof. Carrow always walked with a slight limp, isn't that so?

Poor Severus! And what makes it even more disgusting is she thinks he'll like it that she says these things...
So the timeline is okay? I'm confuzzled.

*stares wide-eyed*

Who told you that?

*looks around frantically*

You can't see the bump, can you?

Sorry, couldn't resist. Of course, no problem. I love any kind of thread... ;>

You 'loyal' students are learning how to survive, eh? What's happening to the others?

*coolly*

Well, I suppose they're learning to survive too. There are many different ways of learning.

*face hard* Different ways of learning for different kinds of people?

I don't really see how sane students can learn to survive in a system whose only function is to batter down all those who aren't willing to join your 'select group'.

*tries not to show she's intimidated*

Well, I suppose so, yes.

*huffy* Listen, Fred, the point is that some of us *can* survive, and we should and we have to. It isn't any more for for you to impose on us your ideals of Dumbledore and so on - this system works just as well for us as his did for you.

How pleasant to see the Carrows are praiseworthy at something. Oh dear, that was rather cold, wasn't it? ... Forgive me, Miss Parkinson, Amycus and I have known each other for a long time and not always seen eye to eye. *notably does not make any excuses regarding Alecto*

But of course, Mister Dolohov. I completely understand. What is a jest or two between friends?

*smiles brightly*

Anyway, sir, I do admit to some curiousity about Amycus and Alecto Carrow - it isn't every day one gets to hear tales about one's teachers, after all...
