It's that kind of track that you roll with it for several hours and then get tired of it.

Or, in my case, you then play "My Love" for several hours, and don't get tired of that one at all.

You are not alone. I woke up at 11 am today. However, I was not fully awake/out of bed until 330 pm. I have no advice, really. I'm just hoping that someone posts something helpful and I'll glean what I can.

I dunno about you, but the worst part for me... I'm sleepier and more incoherent than ever after this 4-5 hour intermittent crap.

All I've found that helps is planning things in the morning-ish. Which sometimes works and sometimes I just end up sleeping through commitments. =/
