It seems that I'm very finnicky. If I don't have anything planned on a given day, I end up depressed by my lack of activity and wishing for something to do. If I have too much planned on a given day, I end up frustrated + overwhelmed and I just want to do nothing

So I have a hell of a time waking up when I have nothing planned. Like, honestly, I just can't do it. I will wake up when I should, then go back to bed a hundred times until it's way, way after I should have been awake
