end of the summer

well, its back to school in a week, back to santa cruz in a couple of days. ive just been overseas for a while, where i did some hiking, visited some old friends, got to know my dad a little better, and even saw dylan. rome was intriguiguing because i hadnt been back since i lived there with a bunch of great people i dont often talk to anymore.

it's been oh so long, and i can't believe you were back in rome, i can't imagine walking in those same places that we ours THREE years ago. every year i can't believe another has gone by, and to think right now we were getting chocolate in the afternoon, shopping, or sitting in the sun. insanity. popcorning?? speaking of which, the popcorner himself imed me this summer and said we should get together, a reunion of sorts..i still don't know if i could handle it! not without you guys at the very least! you all are still on my wall, you me and frances on the metro, lyd and i on halloween. i miss you (and lyd!) hope everything is good with you..and we should talk soon.
