Holy Crap.
Its April 1st! Yikes! I cant believe that. Time sure does fly... It was 2 years ago today that my divorce was finalized. WOW. Its crazy how these 2 years have gone so quickly. Getting divorced when I did gave me 8 extra months with my dad before he passed away. As much as divorces are horrible, im greatful for that one. It was a horrible situation ( Read more... ) -

As much as my heart is still breaking for the loss of my friend,
Today was a new day.
It was sunny, and 84* today.
Today I felt different.
Not happy.
But Not depressed.
I felt blessed.
Blessed that I was able to live another day.
Blessed that I was able to wake up this morning to see the sunshine.

Im a disaster.
My eyes hurt from so much crying.
My voice is hoarse because I keep coughing
My nose keeps running.
My head doesnt stop racing.
My whole body hurts.
My heart is breaking for her family.
I just keep thinking...
It just doesnt stop.
I hate this.
I hate this feeling that I cant do anything.
I hate that i cant change anything.

That visitation was the 2nd hardest in my entire life.
My heart was racing.
The second we walked in the funeral home, i started bawling.
It didnt get any better from there.
There were pictures. and a video...
and my second family was at the front of the room in so much pain.
I glanced at the casket. It was open.

i am a complete fucking disaster today.
i basically cried, all night last night, & didnt get a wink of sleep.
i cant seem to start to work through this
hell, i dealt with losing my dad, someone who brought me into this world, better than this
my heart is hurting so bad right now.
somehow at 5pm today, i have to pull myself together to go say good bye.

6:35am My mom walks into my room, calmly said "amber, we need to talk."
6:36am My mom says "Honey, Tori passed away on Friday."

6:39am.....
6:40am me "what the hell are you talking about? your kidding me.."
