Since all my tomatoes began to rot as soon as they started to turn red, I decided to pick them green! Then fry them! And they were delicious.

My garden has been doing pretty well! Tomato plants have little flowers, arugula is abundant enough for salads, eggplant plants are moving kinda slow, and I added 2 more cubanelles. My brother keeps burdening me with plants of his that he buys then doesn't do much with. I've got a 6 pack of string beans and a cucumber plant he gave me but I don' ( Read more... )

I was inspired by miss jaime to start a garden blog. We will see how well I keep up with it. I plan to update at least every 2 weeks. Last year I only took pictures of my gardens in the beginning and in the end but no where in the middle. So I haven't written in here in a long time. I joined a knitting group, I like to call it my knitting team. There's only 4 or 5 other women in the group, it was started about a month ago.
