It feels like I am slowly getting into a better mood. I suppose it has to do with the weather that is eventually becoming sunny and warm. It is Spring this week-end (and my brother's birthday, though I won't go down to Paris before April I think).

I am so glad that the spring is reviving you. I've missed your updates lately but I know how that goes. Sometimes it doesn't feel like the right time for a long while. About the Emile Deschamps project, I know how you feel getting yellow old books and feeling so passionate. Sometimes a historical figure or writer just feels alive to me and I get obsessed in this magnetic way. As for choosing Latin, I think that is an interesting language to pick for translation. I am going to need to pick a second language and was thinking I might choose German or Italian, simply because I might someday be able to speak it. Do you feel there is a lot of use for Latin?

ça faisait un moment que je n'avais pas posté de recette (juste les photos), mais la recette des croustillants est dans mon dernier post, et en français! Les sablés (que j'ai un peu adaptés, en mettant de la poudre de noisette dedans) ont eu un franc succès!
