Well today is Wednesday so it was weigh in day. This week I lost 4 lbs!! That's the second most weight loss I've had since starting. I'm now 6 lbs away from my target. Well that's all for now. Not much has happened since the weekend. See you all later.

That's what I was left with after seeing "Million Dollar Baby" last night with my friends Ryan and Brandon. This was easily one of the best movies I've seen within the last 5 years. Well I weighed in today and the results weren't as good as they have been. I lost one pound this week. Not the best, but it's still a loss. I guess I was taking it to easy on the cardio activity so I'll have to make up for that this week. Well not a lot has happened over the last couple of days although I did buy Ryan Cabrera and Simple Plans' cd's which are both surprisingly good. I bought Ryan Cabrera because I figured since I'm seeing him at the Norva it might be a good idea to get familiar with his songs. Well that's about all for now. Told you nothing exciting. Later.
