We met with the mortgage lady today - things look good! I guess we'll meet with our realtor next week. Its crazy but we might be buying a multi-family in the next 2 months or so ( Read more... )

Wow--she's doing great with potty training!

Thanks. Its been mostly Morgann-led, mommy-encouraged, so really its not been hard at all. I hope Daniel is easy for you too- It sounds like you have a good approach on it now. We started having her just sit on it for a while too. The potty was a great chair for the longest time:-)
