Haven't updated in a while, but I guess I need to keep up with LJ more often. Apparently, I miss important friend developments IRL when I don't check the LJ. Quick summary, major developments in my life:

I'm taking my Dad to BAM! for his birthday. He hasn't decided which events he wants to go to yet, but I'd like to go to a few. I'm super excited.

Dang, no queer cotillion? Just as well. I'm gearing up for the big November event anyway.

Qs
1. I'm still stuggling with this. For me, though, it's about learning how to say no and make time for myself without feeling guilty.
2. I really like the current style. Maybe you could find a wig instead?
3. I feel like I should have an opinion on this. I'll get back to you.

1. It's not possible, so you just do what you can.
2. I'm in the minority, but I'm going for short and fuzzy.
3. Isn't that a right guaranteed in the Magna Carta? I'd hate to have human rights set back 800 years.

1. Just do what you can.
2. Very risky...not sure if I could shave it. You have a cute head though so it'll look cute either way.
3. I read about a lot of that in Con Law.

Okay lots of comments from me:

-How hilarious is it that you are referring to Dennise as an "Asian lady"! To me, "Asian lady" conjures a very different image than Dennise.
-I did not know Dennise met your parents! I definitely want to hear more.
-I had no idea about your promotion or new gig!! Congrats! I am really happy for you. Tell me more sometime about this also.
-Are you doing the Komen Walk with your parents?
-When are you going to SF?
-As for maintaining balance, I basically have no idea. I just do the best I can.
-No, I love your hair. Please keep it. It's so adorable. Also, can't you wear a hoodie or some kind of head covering to be monchichi? Our monchichi was covered in fur and only had little hands, feet and face fur-less. It also had ears sticking out of the top of its head. I think it was a cat, maybe.
