I was all hesitant at first when Jamie told me you two were writing Becky/Jin since you two made me fall in love with Becky/Aiba. But I told her that I would read it regardless because you two are all that and a bowl of shoyu ramen.

I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD LIKE IT THIS MUCH YOU DIRTY PIRATE HOOKERS! As much as y'all write killer angst, just know your sappy, heartwarming STUFF is just as fantastic. The characterization of Jin just felt so spot on and the story progressed so naturally and wasn't a stretch at all.

I am glad to hear this! Mostly because this means we could probably write like, Aiba/Tommy Wiseau mpreg and you'd read it- I mean what, that's horrible, why would I say something like that?! We love Jin a lot, so we like spreading the word about his softer sides to other people- this pairing kind of bit us out of nowhere, but we really ended up liking the way it came out. ♥ Both of them are just so much love, and we enjoyed playing with a sort of realistic way life works romance. I feel bad for not finding this sooner. This comment must seem really random, but really, I loved this.

I'm not even a big fan of Jin, and you got me to love him SO much. I actually didn't know he was the kid type at all, so now I'm tempted to look him up on variety shows. Really, he cried at Totoro, definitely a keeper :D
I wasn't even expecting this pairing. SO rare, but you guys made it work. And I'm secretly happy that Jin got a little serious not for the gorgeous-model girl but the girl-next-door type; the characterizations and pace were perfect.
And Becky was SO perfect. So strong and kind and wonderful, and AIKO. I WANT A DAUGHTER LIKE AIKO. SO BADLY. (I have a weakness for chalk-sidewalk afternoons.)

Even though this isn't your guys' regular writing, it was absolutely amazing. Really, you two can write anything and I'll probably love it because you write so damn well. This made me so happy, I'm still grinning. :D PERFECT, THIS FIC.

Oh, Jin loves kids. I can't even count the number of times he's said how much he wants kids and he wants daughters, and there was an Utawara episode where they all helped out with family dance groups and he ended up baby-sitting 3 girls and it was basically the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. Jin is one of those that has a horrible rep in fandom but when you start watching videos, you go ... wait, this is the guy that fandom hates? So basically, we've both been totally converted and just love him. He's so wonderful.

And Becky is just so lovely! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed this. It was definitely a rare pair and we thought haha no one is going to read this at all, but we are really happy that you did and that you thought it worked! ♥ Thanks so much for leaving feedback and taking the time to read it, we don't mind that it's late at all! :D
