Congrats on the interview! You'll have no problem being hired, I think! Everything sounds like it went really positively. My interview was almost exactly the same; same demo lesson, and talking with the interviewer was fun too. Hopefully you'll hear back quickly! :D
All the ETs I've met didn't like it because there's no stability. You're 2 weeks here, 3 days there, etc, and you never get the chance to establish any roots or long-term relationships. Plus, in the unlikely event that no schools need you, you end up working at the head office, which is no good at all. D:
BUT, being an ET seems to be a necessary step to any kind of promotion within the company, so if you're interested in getting promoted at some point then you're probably gonna have to do it.
