I feel like my world has shrunk to the size of one. I don't know how to "reach out", which would be fine if people came up to me. But they don't, probably because I never go anywhere. One thing that's really strange about this journal, that I don't really like about it, is it's just one little piece of me, and sometimes the whole me sees someone in a community that I think I'd like to talk to, be friends with, but I don't even try, because this journal just doesn't have much to offer, it's so one-sided.

It is not so much that there are huge overwhelming awful things in my life. More like, very small things can make me very depressed. Even, nothing... I'll just find myself feeling awful for no reason ( Read more... )

I'm exhausted. Donno why I'm not asleep, or at least trying to sleep. I'm yawning, and doing this.

OK so this is the problem. I can have a really good day, and then at night, I feel empty, meaningless. As though the good day, I mean, it happened but it doesn't matter. Because I'm still left with... this.

There's too much going on in my head. One thought, then something unrelated, then back to the first one, then a third. Crapping stupid day. Want to tell a particular unappreciative person to shove off. Can't. Raging speeches in my head. Going nowhere, of course.

Really fucking crappy Friday. Didn't cut. Have wanted to, still do. But... it just feels like if I cut, that's the bad night winning. As though it's personified, I don't want to give it the satisfaction of seeing me cut. I don't want for it to have hurt me as much as it did; if I cut, that's admitting how much it hurts.
