i just recieved a livejournal nudge. i didn't even know those existed. i suppose i have been far behind on the lj this summer.

i am going to ny/dc tomorrow, for a week. i will be fabulous. i will go SHOPPING. i will pretend i am smart and visit museums. i will go see wicked. i will spend a night in a retirement home.

the best dates involve mc hammer, dish falafel, ice cream, a perfect downtown night, and downtime.

it has been 1,000000000000000 years since i have updated my livejournal. that is long enough for dinosaurs to become extinct. whatevs.

i am thinking of wearing something amazing that does not coordinate at all tomorrow. coordinating is obvs for losers.

i am also thinking of obtaining a mod bowl cut for my head.

so this is what it is like to be in love.

there are so many splendid things about this person. i can't write them down. they just exist.

he makes me happy.

today was a very good birthday.

this afternoon, i went downtown with my family. ate sandwiches. found a lovely vintage 40's dress. had cake from open harvest.

tonight, my boyfriend (colby, for those of you sillies who don't yet know) took me to eat at the oven, and then we made merry and celebrated.
