When I do homework I have to listen to music. I don't know why, but I cannot concentrate unless the TV is on or theres music playing. Most of the time I go for the music because I know it is less distracting to me. Tonight I did just that. I set my iTunes on a random mix and started writing. Twelve Weeks To A Better Body

Starting today, February 2nd, 2005 Tiffany and I will be following Oprah's intense plan for a better body in 12 weeks. I am confident that come May we will have accomplished what we set out to do. Wish me luck!!
