I'm stuck in a cycle. I can never sleep at night, so i stay up late texting so I don't get lonely. Because of ym lack of sleep at night i sleep in the afternoon. Then i can't sleep at night because i have energy from the afternoon. But I can't not sleep in the afternoon or I won't be able to amke it through the day. I feel like an old women taking 4 hour naps everyday and still waking up exhausted.
