let me say, this book is not read out of sheer desire for elitism. it is for a class.

i had to tell you this because i felt ridiculous that this book was closest to me when i read your lj.

Makes much sense. Although it would have been better if it was from sheer elitism. Not desire, but the actual achievement of elitism.
